1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Sidequest Labs product ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sidequest Labs provides client-side data tools including VizFlow (data visualization) and DataClean (data cleaning). All data processing occurs locally in your browser. No user data is uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly submit it (e.g., through a contact form).
3. Accounts and License Keys
Free tier usage requires no account. Pro features are activated via license keys generated upon purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Lost keys can be recovered via the email used at purchase.
4. Payments and Billing
- Lifetime plan: One-time payment for perpetual access to Pro features.
- Monthly plan: Recurring subscription billed monthly. Cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plans. To request a refund, contact support@sidequestlabs.app within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
- Use the Service to process illegal or harmful content
- Redistribute or resell access to Pro features
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the Service are owned by Sidequest Labs. The Service is provided for your use, not for redistribution.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.
9. Data Processing
All data processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not have access to the data you process through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
